KPM Restoration VT is a full service restoration company located in Rutland County in the town of Poultney, Vermont. We have over 10 years of experience in restoration services and are fully certified, licensed and insured. Our company also has locations in Malta, Schenectady, Lake George, and Albany, NY allowing us to cover the Upstate New York and Vermont area. Our services include water damage restoration, mold removal, sewage backup cleanup, storm damage restoration, fire damage cleanup and disinfection services.

24/7 Emergency Service

We’re on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to water damage emergencies such as flooded basements, burst pipes, crawl space water removal, and sewage cleanup. Our team of fire cleanup technicians are also available 24/7 in the event that your property has been affected by fire damage.

We had a very terrible frozen pipe water leakage problem. Thankfully KPM Restoration VT was able to come to our house very quickly and set up their equipment (10+ industrial blowers and 2 giant dehumidifiers) help remove the water. They are very professional, they had more equipment in their truck, but our power couldn’t handle more. They came every morning to monitor the status. They provided a lot of good advice! All of the workers are extremely nice, responsible and good communicators. Not a great start to 2023 but KPM saved us!

We had sewage backup into our basement. Not a great way to start your morning! We called KPM Restoration VT and they arrived almost an hour later. It was not an easy job, but they did great. No sewage odor by the time that they were finished. The cleanup crew - Dave and Rob were very friendly and hardworking. I will recommend KPM to our neighbors in Bennington!

Marty and his team did a great job. He came out on a Sunday night and got started right away. Everything was dried out before mold could start taking over. Top notch service!

We had to use KPM Restoration VT for a flood we had in our house in Bennington. They did a great job and got it done pretty quickly. They helped us communicate back and forth with our insurance company which was really helpful. I'd recommend KPM to anyone that finds themselves the same situation. 👍👍

We had a pipe burst from our second level bathroom that leaked into our kitchen which caused damage to our floors and cabinets, it was truly a disaster.We called KPM Restoration for help and they were at our house within 30 minutes. They immediately set drying equipment and containment. Rob, the lead tech explained exactly what they would be doing to help dry out our first floor. If it weren’t for KPM my whole kitchen would have been destroyed. I highly recommended their services!
